Starting on the first of July 2017 we will be enforcing our scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation policies. Our patient’s time is very important to us. We encourage that you schedule as far in advance as possible to reserve your appointment.
To accommodate your desired appointment, a credit card will be required at the time of booking to guarantee you slot. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel the day of your scheduled appointment or if you do not make it in without any notice.
We understand situations arise in which you must cancel within 24-hours of your appointment. Fees in this instance may be waived, but only with owner approval. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in the appointment slot.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
You may cancel/reschedule an appointment free of charge if it is outside the 24-hour of appointment time
A cancellation/reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in a $35.00 fee and will be charged automatically to the credit card on file.
You will be charged for the full treatment amount if you cancel/reschedule the same day of your scheduled appointment.
You will be charged the full treatment amount if you do not show up to the appointment without any notice.
